General Policies
Pets are not allowed in the Hotel
Smoking is only permitted in designated smoking areas and/or balconies (after closing the balcony door). The smoking fine in the room will be VND 5,000,000.
Courtesy is expected at all times in public areas: First come first serve; Prioritize pregnant women, disabled people, and the elderly; Do not shout or make noise; Avoid disrespectful behaviors; Manage your children in public areas.
Please return the room key/key cards to the Front Office upon check out.
It is advised that all valuables be kept in a safety box in the room or kept safe at Front Office. The Hotel shall not be held legally responsible for any loss, damage, or stolen personal belongings in case Guests do not comply with the regulations.
Bringing illegal substances, weapons, chemicals, or explosives into Hotels is strictly forbidden at all times.
Illegal activities including gambling, prostitution, or substance abuse are strictly prohibited in the Hotel.
Kindly inform, show visitors’ identification and follow the Hotel’s policies in case Guests have outside visitors. If Guests wish the visitor to stay overnight, please contact and register at the Front Office to pay the extra fee according to the regulations of the Hotel.
Booking Policy
The quoted price is Vietnam Dong and is subject to service charge and prevailing tax including breakfast for standard room occupants in each room type.
Payment is made by Vietnam Dong (VND). The Hotel accepts all payment methods: Cash, Credit Card, or Bank transfer.
Reservations should not be considered as confirmed until Guests receive Booking Confirmation from the Hotel. Telephone or messages availability checks are not considered as a commitment for the reservation.
Room preference (type of bed, non-smoking, etc.) can be requested upon reservation. However, it is subject to availability and confirmation by Reservation Team.
Extra service and other additional services consumed and/or ordered at the Hotel during your stay, must be paid directly by Guests at the Hotel upon departure.

Check-in & Check-out Policy
Check-in time is 14:00. Early check-in is subject to availability, the additional charge may apply for early check-in before 14:00.
Check-out is 11:00 PM (noon). A half-day rate will be charged for any check-out after 11:00 noon and a full night’s charge will apply for check-out after 18:00.
Children & Extra Bed Policy
Children under 06 years old stay for free, maximum 02 kids per room and using existing bed.
Children from 06 to 11 years old are required surcharge at VND 450,000/kid/day, using existing beds.
Children 12 years of age and older are considered adults and required a surcharge at VND 750,000/day, using existing beds.
Surcharge for an extra bed is VND 750,000/day, a maximum of one (01) extra bed in each room.
Additional fees are not included in the room rate and are required to be paid directly at the hotel. Not all room types can add an extra bed. Please contact the Reservation or Front Office department for more information.
Case of inevitable accident
In case of an inevitable accident (any objective circumstances that are unforeseen and unavoidable, including natural disaster, fire, civil disorder, strikes, war, other emergencies or any delay in necessary and essential repairs of the hotel, etc.) causing the Hotel to be unable to perform the stated obligation, the Hotel will not be liable for any loss, damage, expense, claim, etc. beyond our control.
